Before he was known as the travel guru, 'The Points Guy,' Brian Kelly was just another road warrior in HR.

His analytical bent meant that he enjoyed the game of maximizing travel while minimizing spending. He quickly recognized that he could take advantage of credit card sign up bonuses and special programs to earn enough mileage points to earn elite status, enjoying first-class cabins and VIP lounge access whenever he flew.

In 2010, Kelly turned his hobby into a service and began charging others to book travel for them. Once a friend put him onto affiliate marketing he was off to the races.

Fast forward to today and 'The Points Guy' is a leading voice on loyalty programs, credit cards and travel, and was voted Forbes #1 travel influencer in 2017. In addition to his flight and hotel reviews, curated travel guides, and event activations, Kelly is a passionate advocate for causes around the globe and a Goalkeeper for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
